In view of the critical condition of heatwave in 2025 in Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi government has started comprehensive preparations. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of increase in days of higher temperature and heatwave this year. Keeping this in mind, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed all departments to make strong arrangements to deal with heatwaves.
CM Yogi has asked for special attention to publicity to make the general public aware of the heatwave. Under this, the Revenue Department (Disaster Management) has issued instructions to all departments and districts for the management and prior preparation of heatwave. Along with this, the mechanism of spreading the warnings of serious weather to the people has been developed through the Integrated Early Warning Portal prepared by the ‘Conscious’ App and Relief Commissioner Office.
