How does a blur image scam works?
In this scam, you are sent a blurred photo from an unknown number on WhatsApp. Such a caption is given in that photo that increases the curiosity of that photo. But your one click can make a pauper.
Click on the photo or try to open the photo, then you are redirected to a link. This link takes to a fake website, where you are asked for your personal details, OTP or bank details. In some cases this link can also put viruses or malware in your phone.
