Apart from this, genetic reasons, increasing weight, stress and lack of physical activity can also increase the risk of PCOS. Due to these reasons ovulation is affected and periods can become abnormal. Therefore, both lifestyle and hormones play an important role in this problem.
How does PCOS become the cause of infertility?
In PCOS, ovulation often does not occur regularly. When the egg is not released at the right time every month, the chances of pregnancy may be reduced. This is the reason why many women have difficulty conceiving.
