During the West Bengal election campaign, CM Mohan Yadav said that the people of the state now want change and development. Targeting TMC, he assured employment, development and better system if BJP government is formed.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the people of West Bengal no longer want stagnation, but are ready to move towards change and rapid development. He said that Bengal, which was left behind in the race of development for many years, will now get new energy and direction with the double engine government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He expressed confidence that positive changes will be seen at the grassroots level in the lives of every section of the state.
Public relations campaign and vote appeal for BJP in Kamarhati, Kolkata
During his election campaign, Dr. Mohan Yadav did public relations in Kamarhati assembly constituency of Kolkata district and appealed to the people to vote in support of BJP candidate Arup Chaudhary. He visited door to door and shops in the area and interacted with the people, listened to their problems and assured that if the BJP government is formed, the public welfare works will gain momentum.

The issue of poverty and unemployment in the inner areas of Kolkata
Talking to the media, the Chief Minister said that there is poverty and bad conditions in many interior areas of Kolkata. He told that the youth here do not have enough employment opportunities, due to which people have to migrate to support their families.

There is immense potential for development in West Bengal, but the state is lagging behind.
Dr. Yadav said that there are unlimited possibilities for development in every sector in West Bengal. He said that once the state was counted among the most developed states of the country, but due to the first Communist government and later Trinamool Congress (TMC) governments, the state lagged behind.

Target on TMC regime, talk of freedom from ‘Jungle Raj’
The Chief Minister alleged that at present there is a situation of misgovernance and jungle raj in Bengal. He said that the public now wants to get rid of this situation and want to move forward on the path of development. He said that BJP government is necessary for the upliftment of the state.
Campaign intensified in Medinipur and Kharagpur also
Dr. Mohan Yadav said that he will also address a public meeting in Kharagpur Sadar Assembly constituency of Medinipur district in support of BJP candidate Dilip Ghosh. He said that BJP is getting widespread support in the state.
Emphasis on SIR process and stopping infiltration
The Chief Minister said that the SIR process has been implemented on the instructions of the Election Commission, thereby ensuring identification of correct voters. He said that this process is necessary for development in Bengal and to stop Bangladeshi infiltration.
Claim of faster development from double engine government
Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, many states of the country are developing rapidly, but Bengal is lagging behind. He said that if BJP government is formed in Bengal, the state can also reach new heights of development.
Direct communication with the public, assurance of solution to problems
During the campaign, the Chief Minister visited door-to-door and met people in ward numbers 24 and 112 of Kamarhati. He seriously listened to the problems of the general public and assured that if the BJP government is formed, the pace of development works will be increased manifold.
Claims to work for youth, women, poor and farmers
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working with dedication for the youth power, women power, welfare of the poor and farmers of the country. With this thinking, development will be accelerated in Bengal also.
