Even on July 24, 2026, the weather pattern will remain changed in most parts of Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Haryana and Maharashtra. While it will be generally cloudy at some places, there is a possibility of rain and storm with thunderstorms in many districts. Warnings of lightning and strong winds are also issued in some areas. There will be humidity in Delhi-NCR, but the weather will be comfortable
On July 24, the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be around 33 degrees and minimum 23 degrees. The sky will be generally cloudy and there is no warning of any kind. However, after the rain of the past few days, there will be some relief from the heat.
Rain continues in many districts of Uttar Pradesh, more impact in eastern parts
There is a possibility of one or two rounds of rain with cloudy sky on July 24 in many districts of Uttar Pradesh including Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Kanpur, Ayodhya, Ballia, Banda, Bareilly and Bijnor. Normal clouds and light rain are expected in Agra also. The maximum temperature in most cities will be between 30 to 32 degrees while the minimum temperature is likely to be 23 to 25 degrees. There were warnings of heavy rain and lightning at many places in the past few days, but on July 24, the weather will be relatively normal at most places.

Possibility of thunder and lightning remains in Madhya Pradesh
Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior and Chitrakoot will have partly cloudy sky on July 24 with possibility of rain and thundershowers at some places. There is a warning of lightning and thunder in Bhopal, Indore and Ujjain, while the weather will be relatively normal in Gwalior and Chitrakoot. The temperature is expected to be between 31 to 36 degrees.
Rain will continue in Chhattisgarh
Raipur, Durg, Ambikapur and Saraipali will have cloudy sky with possibility of rain and thundershowers on July 24. Warning of lightning is also issued in Durg, Raipur and Ambikapur. The maximum temperature can be around 27 to 28 degrees and the minimum can be around 23 to 24 degrees, due to which the weather will remain pleasant.

Chances of thunder and rain in many cities of Rajasthan
Rain and thunderstorms may continue in Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Mount Abu on July 24. Warnings about lightning have also been issued in many cities. Whereas in Bikaner and Jaisalmer there is a possibility of rain at some places with partly cloudy sky. The temperature will be between 29 to 38 degrees in most cities.
Strong winds may blow with rain in Haryana
There is a possibility of cloudy sky and light rain at many places in Ambala, Gurugram, Karnal, Hisar, Rohtak, Narnaul and Bhiwani on July 24. There is an alert of thunderstorms and strong surface winds in Ambala, while the weather will remain changed in other districts also. The maximum temperature can remain between 29 to 36 degrees.
Rain continues in many cities including Mumbai in Maharashtra
Normal to moderate rain is expected to continue in all major areas of Mumbai on July 24. There is a possibility of rain in Pune, light rain in Nashik and Solapur while moderate rain is expected in Ratnagiri. The effect of heavy rain is already visible in Ratnagiri. The maximum temperature in and around Mumbai is expected to be 31 to 32 degrees and in Pune it is expected to be around 28 degrees.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, monsoon will remain active in most of the states for the next few days. Delhi will remain moderately cloudy, while intermittent rain is likely to continue over many parts of Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. People will need to be cautious in areas where warnings of thunder and lightning are issued.
