All India Ulama Board General Secretary Baini Hasani thanked the Shiv Sena (UBT) on Saturday for opposing the Waqf Amendment Bill. He said that he is thankful to Uddhav Thackeray, son of Balasaheb Thackeray. Also thanks all the MPs who have opposed this bill in Parliament. Hasani says that there is a lot of malfunction in the bill passed by Parliament. Going forward, this can also happen to Sikhs and Christians.

Bowai Hasani said during this time that not only Hindustani Muslims but also Muslims who are threatened by black law and any forest law about Waqf, this law is also dangerous for them. The worst thing is that if a government official claims the property of Waqf that this land is from the government, then only another government official will resolve the case between Waqf and that government official. We cannot challenge this in any other court.

‘All black laws are passed at night’

The General Secretary of All India Ulama Board said that he has not seen such a law till date. In this way, any mosque, cemetery, Idgah will say that it is government land. In this way, all the property of Waqf will be grabbed. He said that this will not happen only with Muslims in this country, but tomorrow it can also happen to Sikhs and Christians. Hasani said that within the last 10 years there has been a history that all black laws are passed at night.

He thanked the Shiv Sena (UBT) for opposing the Waqf Amendment Bill. He said, ‘We thank all the MPs who opposed it. We are thankful to Uddhav Thackeray, son of Balasaheb Thackeray. With the hope that they will all stand with Muslims, Minority, Dalits and minorities.

Rit petition filed against bill in Supreme Court

The Waqf Amendment Bill has been passed from both the House of Parliament. It has been passed after about 12-12 hours long discussion in both houses. Now it will go to the President for approval, after which this bill will take the form of law. At the same time, after passing in the House, the door of the Supreme Court has been approached against this bill. Congress MPs and Muslim organizations have filed a writ petition in the court regarding the violation of religious rights.
