Agra Murder Case: The body of the missing husband was found in the excavation of the bathroom of the house in Sikandra, Agra. A case has come to light from Agra in Uttar Pradesh which has shocked the entire area. The mystery of a person’s disappearance in Sikandra area was solved when the police excavated the bathroom of his house. During investigation the dead body was recovered from there. Preliminary investigation alleges that after the murder, the body was buried in the bathroom and plastered on top and then tiles were installed so that no one could get suspicious. The police is now investigating the entire matter from many aspects.
The husband was missing since May 18, the wife had filed the missing complaint.
According to the police, 44-year-old Surendra Kumar Sharma was originally a resident of Ranjitnagar in Bharatpur and lived with his wife Ruby, mother and two daughters in Renuka Dham Colony, Dahtora, Agra. It was told that Surendra was missing since May 18. After this, on May 26, his wife Ruby lodged a missing complaint with the police. The family and people around were also told that Surendra had gone somewhere. Meanwhile, the family members continued searching for him.
Shocking truth revealed during excavation of bathroom
On Friday, the police reached the house in connection with verification and inquiry of an old case. According to officials, the woman’s behavior appeared suspicious during interrogation. Meanwhile, based on the information received from the brother of the deceased, the police investigated the house closely. During the investigation, the bathroom floor was excavated due to suspicion. Surendra’s body was recovered during the excavation. In the initial investigation, it is suspected that after burying the body in the soil, an attempt was made to hide it completely by applying plaster and tiles on it.
The family had expressed suspicion, the police is investigating from every angle.
Anil Sharma, brother of the deceased, says that there were frequent disputes between Surendra and his wife. The family became suspicious when no clues were found for several days. He claims that during interrogation the woman allegedly informed that the body was under the bathroom. At present, the police have taken the woman into custody and started questioning. The body has been sent for post-mortem and further action will be taken based on scientific evidence. The investigating agencies are also finding out whether any other person had a role in this case or not.
