Waqf Amendment Bill: Why did Mohammed Shami and Sania Mirza name come during a discussion in Parliament on Waqf Bill?

The Waqf Amendment Bill-2025 was introduced in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday afternoon. If this provision is being made in this bill, then why do they have trouble. I am answering the ruckus of the Constitution from the Constitution itself. Section 15 of the Constitution has provisions for this. Section 25 was mentioned. Also read its section 2 with me. If the land of Waqf is being wasted, being looted, is being grabbed, then Section 25 of the Constitution gives the right that the law can be made. This bill is not unconstitutional from anywhere.

Ravi Shankar Prasad, describing the opposition’s arguments on the Waqf bill, said that this is not a matter related to religion. We will not let the property of Waqf rob.
