Best Summer Treat Malai Mango Roll
Stuffing Ingredients
Half cup chopped mango (ripe), 100 grams paneer, 1 fourth cup milk powder, 1 fourth cup milk, 1 fourth cup sugar, two-three drops of yellow food color, half teaspoon cardamom powder. Apart from this, 7 to 8 breads will be required.
Ingredients for making refreshing puree
1 cup cold milk, half cup chopped ripe mango, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2-3 drops yellow food color, 1 teaspoon pistachio slivers.
Mango Malai Roll Recipe
- First of all, put the chopped mango in the mixer jar. Crumble the cheese and also add it.
- Add milk powder, milk, 1 sugar, food colour, cardamom powder and blend everything well.
- Put this prepared mixture in the pan and cook it while stirring on low flame until it becomes completely thick.
- Cut the edges of all the breads one by one and then roll them out with a rolling pin to make them thin.
- Spread half a spoon of the prepared mixture on each bread and continue making rolls.
- Keep all the rolls prepared in the same manner in sequence in a container.
Preparing to make puree
Now mix all the ingredients mentioned above like half cup chopped mango, cold milk, sugar, yellow food color and blend it. This will prepare a thick puree. If you want, you can add a little milk powder to it also.
Serve Malai Roll like this
Pour the prepared puree over the malai rolls that you had placed in the container and spread it well so that the rolls get absorbed by it. Garnish with pistachio shavings on top. If you want, you can serve this roll immediately or keep it in the fridge for some time and cool it. After this serve.
