Vivo is reportedly gearing up to give its Vivo X500 lineup a new addition with the reported Vivo X500 Ultra. The company has recently unveiled the Vivo X500 series in the home market, which currently has the standard Vivo X500, the Vivo X500 Pro and the Vivo X500 Pro Max.
While the company has not yet officially announced anything, a tipster has recently shared details related to the device, including the expected launch timeline in the home market. Aside from that, leaks and rumours are also giving the consumers a clear idea about how the upcoming Vivo X500 Ultra may look.

The Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station has recently shared the specs for the upcoming Vivo X500 Ultra on Weibo. According to him, the device will sport a 6.85-inch LTPO display paired with a 144 Hz refresh rate. The screen is also said to support 2K resolution and up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. He also pointed out that the device will feature a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood the handset may draw power from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen6 chipset. Not only that, but leaks also point to the fact that it may get paired with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of internal storage. The smartphone is expected to run on Android 17-based OriginOS out of the box.
In terms of battery, the device might come packed with a 7000 mAh cell. Rummours suggest that it will also get paired with 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Talking about the camera, the tipster claims that the Vivo X500 Ultra will sport a 200MP telephoto sensor paired with a 50 or 200MP main camera. Earlier leaks suggested that it may get a 200MP main sensor, a 200MP telephoto lens and a 200MP ultrawide camera. For selfies and video calls, the device may also get a 50MP lens at the front.

While the company has not officially announced the launch for its upcoming flagship device, the tipster Digital Chat Station has recently shared that the device will be launched around March or April in 2027. The device might make its debut in the Indian market a few months later, the home market.
