Police have made a shocking revelation in the case of two cousin sisters committing suicide together in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Police investigation has revealed that both the sisters were learning Urdu. At the same time, he also changed his name on social media. Police found Urdu written in the girls’ notebooks. Police have arrested an accused in this case from Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh.
Two cousin sisters living in Guda village of Gogunda police station area of Udaipur district committed suicide. Police said that both the sisters had consumed poison, due to which they died. On the evening of 10 November, both sisters went missing from home. The next day, both of their bodies were found lying in a field 500 meters away from the house. Both sisters studied together in 11th class. The matter was informed to the police immediately after the body was found.
Girls were learning Urdu
The police reached the spot, took the bodies of both of them in their custody and sent them for post-mortem. At the same time, the police had started investigating the matter. The family had handed over the girls’ mobile phones and their copy-books to the police for investigation. During the investigation, the police searched the girls’ bags, in which the police found many surprising copies from the bag. Quran’s verses and verses were written in the copies. Police say that both the girls were Urdu speaking.
Name was changed on social media
Investigation of the mobile phone revealed that both the girls had posted their pictures of Muskaan and Anisha on social media. With this, the police came to know that a young man was extorting money from both the girls. Giving information about the case, Police Officer Shaitan Singh said that an accused in this case has been arrested from Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh. The accused told during interrogation that he had befriended both the sisters on Instagram.
The accused had extorted Rs 12 thousand
After this, apart from the mobile being damaged, the accused used to extort money from the girls on various pretexts. The accused had already extorted about Rs 12 thousand. The accused was repeatedly pressurizing the woodmen to talk. Troubled by this, both the sisters committed suicide by consuming poison.
