In Vastu Shastra, many rules have been mentioned from building a house to living in it. Experts of Vastu Shastra say that while building a house, great care should be taken about the land.
While building a new house, it is very important to find out what is the condition of the land on which we are constructing the house. What is the nature and shape of the land? There will be no Vaastu defects in future on the land on which we are building a house. Adham and Singhmukhi land is not considered auspicious for building a house. Let us know what this land is like and what are the reasons for not considering it auspicious?
One should never build a house on poor land
According to Vastu Shastra, a house should never be built on poor land. Poor land is called that land where there is less soil to fill the pit. To check whether the land is low land or not, a pit about one to one and a half feet deep is dug in the northern part of the land. Then the extracted soil is filled again in the same pit. If soil remains after filling the pit, then that land is very auspicious. If there is less soil in filling the pit, then such land is considered inauspicious.
The size of the land is considered very important in Vastu Shastra. According to Vastu experts, the land which is wide at the front and narrow at the back is called Singhmukhi land. According to Vaastu beliefs, such land is considered very inauspicious for building a house. It is believed that building a house on such land increases instability and mental unrest.
Houses should not be built at these places also
According to Vastu, it is not considered good to build a house near a cremation ground, a deserted place or an old building that is in ruins. By building a house at such places, there is a risk of negative energy spreading in it. According to Vastu Shastra, the land which is narrow from the front and wide from the back is called Gaumukhi land. Such land is considered very auspicious for building a house.
