The name of this scheme is Vashishtha Kunj Housing Scheme. After which plots ranging from Rs 10.50 to Rs 64.64 lakh will be allotted. This residential scheme is located just 20 kilometers from Lord Ram Temple. Whereas the distance of this scheme from the airport and railway station is only 12 kilometers. Where was this scheme launched

Vashishtha Kunj Residential Scheme has been launched near Firozpur Uparhar village on Lucknow Highway in Ayodhya. According to the information, along with houses, this housing scheme will also have the facilities of park, hospital and police station. These plots will be allotted through lottery. The entire responsibility of this housing scheme will be in the hands of Ayodhya Development Authority. Officials said that in this housing scheme, there will be plots ranging from Rs 10.49 lakh to Rs 64.64 lakh. Applications can be made to purchase them. A total of 600 residential plots will be allotted through lottery.

How to apply

According to the information, as you have been told that the allotment of plots under this scheme will be done through lottery. Application for this scheme can be made online. Anyone who wants to apply can apply on the Ayodhya Development Authority website vashishtkunj.ayodhyada.in with a fee of Rs 1000. In this housing scheme, the plots have been divided into 8 categories. Which includes from EWS to HIG-11. 600 plots will be allotted in these 8 categories. Maximum plots have been kept in HIG-11. Whereas the least number of plots are in LIG-11. Applications for these plots can be made from 9 December to 8 January 2025.

How many plots, size and price in which category?

  1. 140 plots have been kept in HI-11, the size of one plot is 200 square meters, the price of which is Rs 64.64 lakh, the registration amount has been kept at Rs 3,23,200 for reserved and Rs 6,46,400 for unreserved.
  2. 122 plots have been kept in HIG-1, the size of one plot is 162 square meters, the price of which is Rs 52,35,840, the registration amount has been kept at Rs 2,61,792 for reserved and Rs 5,23,584 for unreserved.
  3. 105 plots have been kept in MIG-111, the size of one plot is 112.5 square meters, the price of which is Rs 36.36 lakh, the registration amount has been kept at Rs 1,81,800 for reserved and Rs 3,63,600 for unreserved.
  4. 50 plots have been kept in MIG-11, the size of one plot is 90 square meters, the price of which is Rs 29,08,800 lakh, the registration amount has been kept at Rs 1,45,440 for reserved and Rs 2,90,880 for unreserved.
  5. 58 plots have been kept in MIG-1, the size of one plot is 75 square meters, the price of which is Rs 24.24 lakh, the registration amount has been kept at Rs 1,21,200 for reserved and Rs 2,42,400 for unreserved.
  6. 10 plots have been kept in LIG-11, the size of one plot is 60 square meters, the price of which is Rs 18,91,500, the registration amount has been kept at Rs 94,575 for reserve and Rs 1,89,150 for unreserved.
  7. 55 plots have been kept in LIG-1, the size of one plot is 50 square meters, the price of which is Rs 15,76,250, the registration amount has been kept at Rs 78,812 for reserved and Rs 1,57,625 for unreserved.
  8. 60 plots have been kept in EWS, the size of one plot is 36 square meters, the price of which is Rs 10,49,040, the registration amount has been kept at Rs 52,452 for reserved and Rs 1,04,904 for unreserved.

Provision for 18, 24 and 30 meter wide roads has been made in the housing scheme. In this scheme, facilities like STP, electrical substation, park, regular water supply, hospital, school, police post, community center, commercial shopping complex, hotel and group housing etc. will also be available. Under this housing scheme, reservation has also been given to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes etc. as per the government order. Application can be made only online. The application fee of Rs 1000 will be non-refundable. Apart from this, people of general category will have to pay 10 percent of the estimated value of the plot and 5 percent reserve price for reserved category.
