Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said in Almora that his government does not consider power as a convenience, but as a responsibility. In the program ‘Garkar Aapke Dwar’, he said that politics is a medium of service and determination. CM also planted a sapling on Harela festival.

Almora. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday participated in the ‘Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ public relations program under the ‘Service, Good Governance and Dedication’ campaign. During this time, he also participated in the Harela tree plantation campaign and planted a sapling in the Garudbaj Ground complex. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said the state government considered the power “not a convenience, but a responsibility”.

CM Dhami said on ‘Service, Good Governance and Dedication’ campaign, Government is reaching the doors of the people.

On this occasion, CM Pushkar Dhami said,

We have considered power not as a convenience but as a responsibility. We have made politics a medium of service and determination. With this thinking, this Seva Pakhwada is being celebrated in the entire state. Our aim is that no eligible person should be deprived of the benefits of government schemes. That’s why the government is reaching your doorstep. We are working on the mantra of simplification, solution, resolution and satisfaction.

CM Dhami’s message on Harela festival, emphasis on nature conservation and sustainable future

CM Dhami extended his best wishes to the public on the occasion of Harela. Advocating for a sustainable future, the Chief Minister urged citizens to adopt the ancestral tradition of respecting and conserving nature. He said that we have to save water and life and conserve our traditional water sources.

While talking to ANI, CM Dhami said, Harela is our heritage of nature conservation.

Speaking to ANI, CM Pushkar Dhami extended his best wishes for the Harela festival and urged citizens to consider the nature-friendly traditions inherited from their ancestors. He said,

I extend my best wishes to everyone on the occasion of Harela. Harela festival has had great importance in the Devbhoomi of Uttarakhand since ancient times. Our ancestors have celebrated it as a festival to respect nature and promote its conservation.
