National Children Commission team reached school
When information about this matter reached the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, the Commission’s team reached the school and interrogated the girl students and their parents and recorded their statements. Commission member Preeti Bhardwaj said that 18 girl students in the age group of seven to 14 years came forward in the school, who have complained against the teacher.
It has been learned that names of some former girl students have also come forward. But she did not reach the school to give her statement. Preeti Bhardwaj, member of the National State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, said that statements of 29 people, including students, their parents and teachers, have been recorded. A case has been registered on the basis of the complaint received from the cook. Further action is being taken.
