More than 5.41 lakh employees have completed digital and administrative training under the Mission Karmayogi program in Uttar Pradesh. Yogi government is emphasizing on strengthening e-governance, digital monitoring and technology-based administrative system.

Lucknow. The Government of Uttar Pradesh is continuously engaged in strengthening the efficiency, digital proficiency and administrative capacity of the employees and officers along with the education system. The state has registered rapid progress under the Mission Karmayogi training programme. According to the data, more than 5.41 lakh employees of the state have successfully completed more than four training modules. This is 88.16 percent of the total registered employees.

Digital administration and e-governance are getting strengthened

The state government is continuously working towards making the administrative system technology-based, accountable and result-oriented. Through Mission Karmayogi, employees are being connected with digital methodology, e-governance and modern administrative skills. Its effect is also visible in the education system and operation of government schemes.

This training campaign has increased the working capacity of the employees, while the monitoring system, implementation of schemes and service delivery system has also been strengthened. This initiative of Yogi government is being considered an important step towards changing the traditional administrative structure into a digital and result based system.

Technology based administrative model is getting priority

The main objective of the training program is to connect the employees with modern administrative systems, digital platforms and effective service systems, so that the benefits of government schemes can reach the common people faster. The state government is now giving priority to technology-based models in both education and administration sectors.

More than 6 lakh employees registered on the portal

According to the released progress report, out of approximately 7 lakh employees of the state, 6,14,245 employees have registered on the portal. Of these, 5,41,512 employees have completed more than four training courses. It has also been revealed in the report that there are only 0.50 percent employees whose learning is zero. Most of the employees are continuously completing training modules and connecting to the digital administrative system.

Excellent performance of many districts in Mission Karmayogi training

Many districts have performed well in the Mission Karmayogi programme. In Baghpat, 97.24 percent employees have completed more than four courses, while in Sant Kabir Nagar this figure was 97.13 percent. Apart from this, 95.68 percent employees in Mathura and Basti, 94.95 percent in Barabanki, 94.21 percent in Shravasti and 92.94 percent in Siddharthnagar have successfully completed more than four training modules. 94.22 percent employees in Aligarh, 91.09 percent in Varanasi, 89.70 percent in Lucknow and 87.09 percent in Prayagraj have completed the training.

Continuous emphasis on digital monitoring and e-office system

Yogi government is already rapidly promoting digital monitoring, e-office system, technology-based education management and online training system. Now, through Mission Karmayogi, special emphasis is being laid on increasing the capacity of employees and developing better work culture.
