At the same time, Devi Shankar Rai, a resident of Bhatauli village of Baragaon police station area, suddenly started turning towards Babatpur with his auto at the intersection. Meanwhile, the car collided with the auto from behind and the auto driver was injured. The police station officer who was driving the car parked his car on the side and got down and started taking the auto driver for treatment. Then a crowd gathered there. The mob beat up the police station chief.

Police chief accused of negligence

After this, the nearby people sent the injured auto driver Devi Shankar to Deendayal Divisional Hospital for treatment, but due to the condition becoming worse, the injured Devi Shankar Rai was referred to the Trauma Center. The family members of the auto driver accused the car driver police station chief of negligence. He has filed a complaint in the police station against the police station chief.

The policeman intervened

Rajatalab police station incharge Ajit Kumar Verma has also filed a complaint against unknown people accusing him of assaulting him. After getting information about this fight and the entire incident, ADCP Gomti Zone Akash Patel, ACP Pindra Prateek Kumar, ACP Rajatalab Ajay Kumar Srivastava and forces from several police stations including Baragaon reached the spot. During this time, other policemen were seen intervening. At present the situation has been brought under control.
