Ujjain Stunt Video: A video of a dangerous stunt during the Muharram procession in Ujjain has gone viral. In which the accused hung a car filled with firecrackers from a crane and then set off blasts one after the other.
Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): A shocking video has surfaced from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. A dangerous stunt was performed during the Muharram procession in Badnagar town here, after which the police have registered an FIR against four people. In a viral video, it is seen that a car has been hung about 40 feet above the crane. After this, the firecrackers kept inside the car were set on fire, causing a massive explosion.
There was an explosion in a car hanging above!
In this footage that went viral on social media, it can be clearly seen that the car is hanging just above the crowd and some youths are waving red flags. A few seconds later the car explodes. Police said that the engine of the car was off and the windows were also completely closed. ‘Rocket’ like firecrackers were filled inside the car, the explosion of which created an explosion-like effect.
The ‘death stunt’ proved costly! FIR against 4 people
- Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Karandeep Singh said that as soon as the video surfaced, the police immediately took action and registered an FIR. The accused have been booked under charges of endangering the life or safety of others and reckless handling of explosive substances. ASP Singh said, “Last night this incident happened in an Akhara in Aden locality of Badnagar. A vehicle was hung from a crane and firecrackers were burst in it.
- The police have named four people as accused in this case. These include Shoaib Khan, the organizer of the event, Zahid Khan and Talim, who hoisted the flags on the car, and Gopal Mali, the owner of the crane used for the stunt.
- “We have named four people as accused. These include organizer Shoaib Khan, flag hoisters Zahid Khan and Taleem, and crane owner Gopal Mali. All these accused will be arrested soon,” the officer said.
- He said that initial investigation revealed that rocket firecrackers used on Diwali were kept inside the car.

- ASP said, “Since the car was closed and its glasses were also boarded up, the smoke and gas released from the firecrackers made the explosion appear so big. Initially these things have come to light, the rest of the investigation is still going on.” He also clarified that the administration had not given any permission for any stunt in which explosives or a car hanging in the air was used.
- The officer said, “The administration never allows firecrackers or any such activity that poses a threat to the public. Permission was given only to take out a procession. There was no permission to hang cars or use explosives. Akharas often do such stunts to attract more crowds. They have been doing this for a long time, but this time they crossed the limits, so we have taken strict action in this matter.”
