Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited Lord Jagdish Temple in Ujjain. He said important things on Jagannath tradition, Simhastha 2028, promotion of employees and Anganwadi empowerment.

Bhopal/Ujjain. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reached Ujjain on July 15, where he visited the Lord Jagdish temple located at Kartik Chowk after worshiping as per the rituals. During this, he mentioned the tradition of Lord Jagannath and the historical relations of Ujjain and said that this relation is thousands of years old. He told that King Indrasen of Ujjain had built a grand temple of Lord Jagannath in Bhubaneswar, the present capital of Odisha.

The Chief Minister said that the statues of Lord Shri Krishna (Gopal Krishna), Lord Balram and Mata Subhadra are present in this temple. He said that Jagannathpuri Dham, which is included in the four major Dhams of Sanatan culture, has a special place in the religious tradition of the country.

Ujjain Jagannath Rath Yatra: Chief Minister will not be able to attend Rath Yatra due to Delhi tour

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that due to his already scheduled stay in New Delhi, he will not be able to participate in the Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra of Ujjain to be organized on July 16. He said that Rath Yatra is a symbol of faith, culture and social unity. While wishing the devotees, he expressed confidence that this event will be completed with full enthusiasm and devotion.

The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India’s prestige is continuously increasing in the whole world. He said that with the changing times, the development of the state is reaching new heights and especially the face of Ujjain is also changing rapidly. The government is moving forward taking religious, cultural and basic development together.

Simhastha 2028: Preparations for the grand Simhastha intensified, Ujjain is being made a world class religious city.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that preparations for the Simhastha Mahaparva to be held in the year 2028 are continuously progressing. The government aims to provide better facilities to the devotees and develop Ujjain as a world class religious and cultural city. He said that Simhastha is not only a religious event but also an opportunity to give new heights to the cultural identity and tourism of Madhya Pradesh.

MP Government Employees Promotion: Government employees are getting the benefit of promotion.

The Chief Minister said that the state government is also taking full care of the interests of the government servants. He said that the employees are being given the benefit of long pending promotion. Describing it as no less than a big celebration for the employees, he said that promotion lists of various departments are being released continuously. The government wants that the employees should work with full efficiency and honesty, while the government should also take responsibility for their rights and better life.

District administration appreciated on Ujjain development works

The Chief Minister praised the district administration for the ongoing development works and effective implementation of public welfare schemes in Ujjain. He said that when development work is done with public participation, the government also gets new resolutions and new energy. This participation is the biggest strength for the overall development of the state.

Saksham Anganwadi: Big initiative of the government for the welfare of women and children.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, while participating in the Saksham Anganwadi Center Strengthening and Dialogue Program, said that the state government is giving top priority to the health, nutrition and education of women and children. He said that before Rakshabandhan, an installment of Rs 1,500 for the month of July has been released in the accounts of the beneficiary women of the state’s Ladli Brahmin Yojana. Along with this, the campaign to equip Anganwadi centers with modern facilities is also being intensified. The Chief Minister said that the government’s aim is to equip all the Anganwadis of the state with better infrastructure and modern resources so that women and children can get quality services.

The Chief Minister said that Ujjain is not only the city of Baba Mahakal, but is also an important center of ancient education and culture of India. He said that Lord Shri Krishna and Sudama had received education in Sandipani Ashram located in Ujjain. This is the sacred land which gave a new direction to Indian culture and knowledge tradition. He said that since the Mahabharata period, the message of Shrimadbhagvadgita has been inspiring human society about religion, duty and life values.
