The demand against which the victim’s family was protesting has been given by the court. Bhopal court has rejected the demand for re-postmortem of the body. The court has also instructed the police to keep the body safe in a mortuary where it can be protected from decomposing.
Biggest shock to Twisha’s family so far
Actually, Dwisha Sharma’s parents have come to Bhopal from Noida for the last one week. He is protesting to demand justice for his daughter. There was also an agitation in front of the CM House on Sunday. His demand was that the case should be transferred from Bhopal to Delhi. Also, he was adamant on the demand of getting Twisha’s body post-mortem done again in Delhi AIIMS. Because they suspect that the accused family is powerful, the investigation is not being fair. But now the court has given a big blow to the victim’s family.
The victim’s family met CM Mohan Yadav
Navnidhi Sharma, father of victim Twisha Sharma, met Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Wednesday. During this, the CM said that our government stands with the victim’s family. Will help you in every possible way. I myself take cognizance of this matter and direct the concerned authorities to conduct an impartial investigation. Apart from this, the CM said – If the court orders postmortem again, the government will also make arrangements to transport the body to Delhi AIIMS.

MP government will write a letter for CBI investigation
CM Mohan Yadav clearly told Twish’s father Navnidhi Sharma that justice will be done to his daughter. If anyone is found guilty in this case, he will be given strict punishment, no matter who he is. The Chief Minister also said that the Madhya Pradesh government will write to the Center for a CBI investigation into the Twisha suicide case. Apart from this, an application will also be made to cancel the bail of mother-in-law and retired judge Giribala Singh.
