He will now be seen sharing the screen with Madirakshi Mundle.

A minor girl has made serious allegations against him like stalking, repeated contact, harassment and physical assault. According to the FIR, the complainant alleges that Rohit tried to contact her continuously from different numbers despite her refusal. It is also alleged that on July 5, the actor allegedly blocked the girl’s path, followed her, argued with her, abused and assaulted her.

Case registered under POCSO Act
On the basis of these allegations, a case has been registered against Rohit Chandel under Section 78 (stalking) and Section 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) besides the POCSO Act. He was first sent to police custody and later to judicial custody. The investigation of the case is still going on and the legal process is going on in the court.
