- Tie dry basil leaves in a clean red or yellow cloth. Keep this bundle in your safe or place where you keep your money. It is believed that by doing this remedy, financial obstacles are removed and happiness, peace and prosperity come to the house.
- While lighting the lamp during puja, add a pinch of dry Manjari in it. By doing this remedy the negativity from the house goes away. Its aroma purifies the environment and the mind also remains calm.
- Offer fresh or dry Manjari to Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi every Friday. By doing this, Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi are pleased and one gets their special blessings.
Leaving flowers on plants causes Vaastu defects
It is often seen that people leave Manjari in Tulsi, but according to Vastu Shastra, if too many Manjari are left on Tulsi, then the load on the plant increases. Due to this the plant starts drying up. Drying of Tulsi in the house is considered a major Vaastu defect, hence, when the Manjri gets ripe or starts drying, pluck it in time. Plucking the stem is considered to give new life to the plant.
