Real estate company Smartworld Developers and Tribaca Developers will develop an ultra-lump (highly luxurious) residential project with a total investment of about Rs 2,200 crore under the Trump brand in Gurugram. M3M Group company Smartworld Developers and Tribeca have started the Trump Residence Project in Sector 69 of Gurugram.
Trump’s company Smartworld Developers Gurugram, with a total of 288 flats in Gurugram, has a total salesable area of 12 lakh square feet. India has become the largest market for the Trump brand outside the US, in January this year, Donald Trump was sworn in as the US President, after which the second project of the Trump brand in India has been announced.
The project is worth so much
The official representative of the Trump brand in India, Mumbai -based Tribaca Developers said that these deals were signed six to eight months ago. Pankaj Bansal, co-founder of Smartworld Developers, told reporters here, we are starting the Trump Residence Project in Gurugram. Its total cost will be around Rs 2,200 crore.
He said that this project will be completed in five years. The sale capacity of this project is estimated at around Rs 3,500 crore. Smartworld Developers will build this residential project, while the official representative of Trump brand in India will be responsible for Tribeca Developers Design, Marketing, Sales and PMC (Project Management Consultation).
How many crores will be a flat?
This is the second residential project of Trump brand in Gurugram and sixth project in India. The M3M group developing the first trump project in Gurugram will start giving possession from this month. Bansal said that the company is presenting the project at the rate of Rs 27,000 per sq ft. The price of an apartment ranges from eight crore rupees to 12 crore rupees. There will be two 51 floor towers in this project. Their height will be about 200 meters.
