Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released its resolution letter for Jharkhand assembly elections on Sunday. BJP has made 25 promises in this resolution letter. It has been said that BJP will implement Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in Jharkhand. But the tribal community will be kept out of UCC. While releasing the resolution letter, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that this resolution letter has been prepared after discussing with crores of people of Jharkhand. The people of Jharkhand have hope in this resolution letter. We will take Jharkhand on the path of development. We will end misgovernance and corruption in Jharkhand. We will protect the soil, daughter and bread.
Here are 25 resolutions of BJP
- We will provide Rs 2100 in the bank accounts of all the women of Jharkhand on the 11th of every month through ‘Gogo Didi Scheme’.
- We will provide two free cylinders of LPG gas for Rs 500 to all the families in the state.
- We will create 5 lakh self-employment opportunities for the youth of Jharkhand within five years. Apart from this, we will ensure recruitment on 2,87,500 government posts in a fair and transparent manner. For this, we will start the recruitment process in the first cabinet meeting and will complete the recruitment process for 1.5 lakh posts by November 2025. Will submit an annual calendar for all examinations. Every year 1 Lal Jharkhandi will provide self-employment opportunities to the youth.
- We will provide ‘Yuva Sathi’ allowance of Rs 2000 per month for a period of two years to every graduate and post-graduate youth of Jharkhand who are struggling to make their career.
- We will end 5 years of misgovernance under the JMM government and ensure housing for all. We will provide free sand to every citizen of Jharkhand to build a house. Will ensure full implementation of PM Awas Yojana for 21 lakh houses, which will also include enhanced financial assistance of Rs 11 lakh per house. Will provide tap water connections to the remaining 59 Lal houses through full implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission by 2027.
- To ensure transparency and justice to the candidates in appointments to government posts in Jharkhand, we will cancel the JSSC CGL exam and conduct a CBI inquiry into the previous CGL exam. CBI will start investigation in all major paper leaks, especially in the cases of PGT, Lab Assistant, and 11th JPSC. Will appoint JPSC Chairman within 30 days.
- We will take concrete steps to stop illegal Bangladeshi infiltration into Jharkhand and protect the rights of tribal communities. We will put a complete stop to illegal infiltration by implementing strict legal process in entire Jharkhand including Santhal Pargana. We will make a law to return the tribal land occupied by infiltrators. We will ensure that the children of father-in-laws who marry tribal women are not given tribal status so that future generations of tribal communities can take real advantage of their rights.
- We will reinstate stamp duty of Re 1 for registration of immovable property worth up to ₹50 lakh for women empowerment.
- We will provide free education in government institutions for B.Ed, Nursing and other professional courses and bear the cost of tuition fees in private institutions.
- We will constitute a Rehabilitation Commission under the chairmanship of a retired judge to ensure ‘rehabilitation before displacement’ in Jharkhand.
- We will provide grant assistance for the development of every tribal religious and cultural site in the State and for village level festivals and public events to maintain and promote tribal honor and identity. To preserve tribal traditions, history, art and culture. And to promote it, we will spend ₹500 crore and set up Sidho-Kanho Inflammation Centre. Will honor tribal heroes like Birsa Munda, Sidho-Kanho and Nilambar-Pitamber through memorials, information centers and exhibitions in villages.
- We will provide free education from KG to PG to every girl child of 12 poor and backward classes of the state under the ‘Phoolo-Jhano Padho Bitiya’ scheme.
- We will provide 6 nutrition kits and assistance of ₹21,000 to each pregnant woman under the ‘Maternity Protection Scheme’.
- We will develop a comprehensive infrastructure to improve the health system in the state, under which we will establish 10 new government medical colleges in Jharkhand and one nursing training college in every district of the state. Under ‘Ayushman Bharat Jeevan Dhara Yojana’, free health care up to ₹ 10 lakh will be provided to all persons above 70 years of age, in which in addition to ₹ 25 lakh of Ayushman Bharat, assistance of ₹ 25 lakh will be provided by the state. Will provide the facility of 25,000 new beds in CHC, PHC and other government hospitals.
- We will implement ‘zero tolerance policy’ against the widespread misgovernance and corruption of the present government and constitute an inquiry commission to ensure good governance in Jharkhand. We will end Naxalism within 2 years. Advansa Tech will curb illegal mining in the state through enforcement mechanisms and a strong legal framework. We will reinstate the 181 CM Samvad helpline. To further strengthen the Panchayati Raj system, the monthly salary of the heads will be increased to Rs 15,000.
- Keeping in mind the goal of making Jharkhand free from human trafficking by 2027, we will launch ‘Operation Suraksha’, which will focus on prevention, rescue and rehabilitation of human trafficking. We will launch a 24/7 toll-free anti-trafficking helpline for immediate assistance and information in all regional languages. We will set up a special assistance and rehabilitation fund for the victims, which will provide them financial assistance, legal support and livelihood opportunities.
- We will start ‘Krishak Su-Niti’, under which we will increase the rate of purchase of paddy to ₹ 3,100 per quintal. The money for the entire weight without cutting and sorting will be paid through DBT within 24 hours of purchase. Will restart ‘Krishi Ashirwad Yojana’ to provide ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 per acre of land to small and marginal farmers and cattle rearers. Will increase the irrigation area in the state by three times by 2030.
- We are committed to 27% reservation for Other Backward Classes (OBCs) while maintaining SC/ST reservation in government jobs and educational institutions. Also, legal hurdles will be removed.
- We will connect Jharkhand through seamless integration of transport networks. We will build a world-class ‘Diamond Quadrilateral Expressway’, which will stretch from western to eastern Jharkhand, and connect key areas like Palamu, Hazaribagh, Dhanbad and Gumla. We will build 25,000 km of strong, all-weather roads under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. And we will ensure that every village of Jharkhand is connected to the main road. We will connect all the district headquarters of the state with the rail network from the capital Ranchi.
- We will establish ‘Jharkhand Johar Bhawan’ in all major cities across the country to provide facilities, guarantee of security and assistance at times of emergency to Jharkhandis living outside the state.
- We will increase the monthly pension for the elderly, widows and the disabled by ₹ 2,500, which will ensure their financial and social security.
- We will include Arhar and Mahua under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) mechanism to boost rural livelihoods. We will set up processing and storage centers in every tribal block, so that value addition can be done to forest products like kendu leaves, mahua, and mushrooms. Large sized tribals will form Multipurpose Societies (LAMPS) to provide credit support and markets for tribal products. Forest-based communities will be provided with major forest products like Mahua, Cantu leaves, Lah, Tamarind, Sal seeds, and Chironji. Will purchase.
- We will guarantee all rights to the tribal communities and to protect their identity, we will ensure that tribal communities are kept out of the ambit of the proposed Uniform Civil Code (UCC). We will empower the chiefs and Panchayati Raj institutions by ensuring the implementation of PESA (Panchayat Extension in Scheduled Areas). Will ensure effective implementation of the Forest Rights Act and distribution of forest rights leases. We will especially review and end small cases filed by the Forest Department against tribal and scheduled caste communities.
- We will develop Jharkhand as a hub of skill development to end migration. Will start ‘Jharkhand Internship and Skill Training’ (IST) program with annual financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh for 5 lakh youth. Will upgrade all existing ISTs in the state through hub-and-spoke model and set up innovation hubs. Will provide state-of-the-art and advanced training to mechanics and related skilled artisans in every division.
- We will establish Bhagwati Circuit connecting major goddess temples to make Jharkhand a top five tourism friendly state of India. Baba Vaidyanath and Baba Basukinath will launch Teerth Kshetra Development Scheme which will include improvement of pilgrimage facilities, promotion of Shravani Mela and converting the banks of river Ganga at Sahibganj into a cultural centre. • Will create tribal circuits connecting the memorial sites of important tribal heroes. Make Jharkhand the ‘ecotourism capital’, expand homestays, promote cultural activities, and turn Betla National Park into a top ecotourism destination.
