Toyota Kirloskar Motor posted domestic sales of 28,441 units in June 2026, registering a 7.52% YoY increase over 26,453 units sold in June 2025. The company added 1,988 units on a year-on-year basis. However, compared to 30,574 units sold in May 2026, Toyota’s volumes declined by 2,133 units, translating to a 6.98% MoM drop.

Urban Cruiser Hyryder continued to lead Toyota’s portfolio with 9,104 units sold in June. The SUV registered a healthy 22.00% YoY growth over 7,462 units sold a year ago while also improving 5.08% MoM from 8,664 units in May. Hyryder alone contributed 32.01% of Toyota’s total monthly sales, further strengthening its position as the brand’s bestseller.
Innova Hycross retained second place with 4,510 units, although it witnessed one of the steepest declines in Toyota’s lineup. Sales fell 21.51% YoY from 5,746 units in June last year and were down a significant 32.91% MoM from 6,722 units sold in May. The sharp monthly decline comes as Toyota has .
Glanza ranked third with 3,512 units, registering 19.54% YoY growth while also improving 9.82% over May. Innova Crysta followed with 2,822 units, down 7.66% YoY and 21.68% MoM. Fortuner too ended the month in the red, with 2,514 units, reflecting declines of 8.35% YoY and 13.46% MoM.
Taisor remained relatively stable at 2,483 units, recording 3.11% YoY growth despite a marginal 0.52% decline compared to May. Rumion continued to be one of Toyota’s standout performers with 2,376 units, posting an impressive 67.92% YoY growth along with a 12.13% MoM increase, indicating sustained demand for the rebadged MPV. Among the lower-volume models, newly launched Ebella contributed 459 units during the month. Hilux recorded 289 units , Camry sold 191 units, while Vellfire and LC300 registered 140 units and 41 units, respectively.
Toyota India Sales Q2 2026
For the April-June quarter (Q2 CY2026), Toyota sold 89,186 units, registering 10.70% YoY growth over 80,566 units sold during the corresponding period last year. Hyryder remained Toyota’s biggest growth driver in the quarter, with sales rising 36.62% to 26,883 units. Hycross also stayed in positive territory despite its weak June performance, posting 16,834 units, up 8.73% YoY. Rumion continued its strong run with 22.20% growth, while Crysta and Hilux also recorded gains.
On the other hand, Glanza, Fortuner and Taisor reported lower quarterly volumes compared to last year. In the premium segment, Vellfire and LC300 more than doubled their Q2 sales, while newly launched Ebella added 471 units during its initial months in the market, contributing to Toyota’s overall quarterly growth.
