Many farmers from Punjab, who were going to Delhi to hold Kisan Mahapanchayat at Kisan Ghat, were stopped at Shambhu on the border of Punjab and Haryana. Haryana Police put up barricades to stop farmers from marching to raise their voice against the proposed India-US trade agreement.
