The work of the grand Ram temple of Lord Rama in Ayodhya is going to be completed soon. The temple will be completely ready in the last week of January 2024. After Ram temple, rejuvenation of Ayodhya will also start. For which Indian Railways has also prepared its master plan. In fact, in view of the grand event of Ram Lalla’s life consecration to be held in January, Indian Railways has built the front gate and facade of Ayodhya Railway Station on the lines of Ram Temple.
At the same time, in view of the huge crowd during the inauguration of the temple, Railways has decided to run special trains on a large scale across the country. According to the information, Railways can run more than 100 special trains for Ayodhya in a week.

Ayodhya railway station will become like this
After Ram temple, the railway station of Ayodhya will be rejuvenated. According to the Railway Ministry, the redevelopment work of Ayodhya railway station is being done in two phases. The first phase of work costing Rs 240 crore is expected to be completed by December 31 this year. In this, the capacity of the station is being increased from existing five thousand passengers to one lakh passengers. Secondly, the front gate and the entire facade of the station has been made from the same stones from Bansi Paharpur in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur, which is being used to build the temple of Ramlala. This stone, which is famous all over the world, increases its shine when it rains.
The station will be on the lines of the temple
Eight temple-like pyramids have been built on both the front and platform sides of the station. On entering from the front gate of the station, people will have the pleasant feeling of entering the Ayodhya temple. Wonderful landscaping is being done here. It is possible that a statue of Purushottam Lord Shri Ram can also be installed near the gate of the station. A crown of Lord Shri Ram will be made at the front gate.
6 platforms will be ready in the second phase
According to railway officials, the existing three platforms at the station will be expanded to six platforms in the second phase of construction worth Rs 422 crore. So that more and more trains can operate from here. Apart from this, there is a plan to build a food and beverage and waiting lounge on the platform just like a metro station. There will be 12 lifts, 14 escalators, food plaza, puja shops, cloak room and retiring rooms including dormitories inside and outside the station.
