During this, he also talked about Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Kesari’. He told that he was making a film based on the incident on which Kesari was based on. But his three years of hard work was destroyed. The film was closed after about 40 percent of the shoot. After this, Randeep went into depression.
Randeep was making a film named ‘Battle of Saragarhi’
In Shubhankar Mishra’s podcast, Randeep said about the release of the film ‘Battle of Saragarhi’ that I am sad about this. The actor told that he worked hard for this film for three years. Randeep said, “The shooting of the film had also started, but it could not be made due to the greed of greedy people. I was the only Sikh in it. The film was shot from 30 to 40 percent.”

Randeep went into depression
The actor further told that he used to take work shops of 20 other soldiers with him in the film and teach them fencing, horse riding etc. This release of Randeep was announced before Akshay Kumar’s Kesari and its shooting was also started before Kesari, yet the film could not reach its end. Randeep said, “At that time it was very depressed.”

Due to the production of two films on the same subject, the makers of ‘Battle of Saragarhi’ pulled back their hands, but Akshay Kumar’s ‘Kesari’, released in 2019, created history. The film Worldwide proved to be a super hit by earning Rs 207 crore.
