India’s giant carmaker Tata Motors is soon going to launch the Popular SUV Harrier EV in the market. Not only this, Tata is finalizing another electric car. It will be an electric SUV, named Tata Sierra Ev. A few years ago, Tata announced to re -launch Sierra in both Combustion and Electric Paurtrain.

Sierra’s pre-production prototype, which was first shown as a concept at the 2020 Auto Expo, was unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year. Application for patent

According to media reports, Tata Motors has filed a patent application for the dashboard and center console with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The design of the dashboard is like a new range of Tata cars, but the Center Console Tunnel is completely different from the current models of Tata.

How will the interior be

The patent design features a popular dashboard layout, with a central touchscreen infotainment system, a completely digital driver display, sleek horizontal AC vent and new 4-spoke steering wheel of Tata. It has a backlit screen for the people of the brand. The dashboard has a sleek, stepped design that flows downwardly, which is taken from the concept model.

The engine will be powerful

Tata will be available in both Sierra Ice and EV derivatives. The first will be available with petrol and diesel engine options. It will have a completely new 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine, which will give 168 bhp and 280 Nm output. Apart from this, there will also be a 2.0-liter Kryotec diesel engine, which is in Harrier and Safari. This engine gives 168 bhp and 350 Nm peak torque output.
