1. GST Rule Change
Businesses with an annual turnover above Rs 5 crore will not have to generate e-way bills without including e-invoices for all their B2B transactions.
2. Fastag Update Deadline
Fastag users will have to update their KYC by February 29, otherwise their accounts will become invalid and will be deactivated or blacklisted.
3. SBI Credit Card Billing Change
State Bank of India is making changes in the minimum day bill calculation process on its credit cards from March, which will be effective from March 15.
4. Paytm Payments Bank Service Closure
The banking facilities of Paytm Payments Bank, a fintech company of Paytm, are being closed from 29th February, the boarding of new customers has stopped.
5. Bank Holidays in March
There will be a total of 14 bank holidays in March, of which the first holiday is on March 1, and the series of holidays has been announced by the RBI.
6. Changes in oil prices
Being the first day of the month, there may be an announcement of revision in the prices of LPG, CNG, and PNG, which petroleum companies usually do on the first day of the month.
