The woman accused her of accusing her but stakes upside down, court fined 50 thousand

The Delhi High Court has imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on a woman for contempt of court. The woman filed a petition against her husband and her parents. In this petition, she accused her husband that she had created a ruckus while meeting the child. But during the hearing, the court found that the mistake was of the same woman.

The court said that the woman had provoked her husband, due to which she forced her to do so. The decision was given by a bench of Justices Naveen Chawla and Renu Bhatnagar. This bench of two judges found that the woman had also recorded a video of the incident during the meeting. After watching the video, the court found that the woman actually violated the court orders and instigated the husband.

Delhi High Court said that after watching the video, we believe that in fact the petitioner and the people with him were inciting defendant number 1. In fact, the woman knocked on the court, claiming that the husband and her parents had made a ruckus by making a ruckus while meeting the child. He said that this is a violation of family court orders.

But the truth was something else. The mistake was that of the woman, who accused her husband. The court dismissed the woman’s petition and imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on her. The court said that we impose a fine of Rs 50,000 on the petitioner. Out of this, 25 thousand rupees will be given to Religion No.1, while the remaining 25,000 rupees will be deposited in the Delhi High Court Advocate Welfare Fund within four weeks.
