So far this year, 5 lakh 20 thousand pucca houses have been given. 5 lakh 20 thousand more houses will be given. Last year 7 lakh 90 thousand houses were given to the poor under this scheme. The construction of the house will cost 8 thousand crores.

This announcement was made by Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan while talking to reporters in Patna on Saturday. The Union Minister reached Patna in the afternoon on a one -day visit to Bihar. First held a meeting with NDA leaders in the BJP office. During this, he reviewed the preparations for the Prime Minister’s program in Madhubani on 24 April. After this, reviewed the schemes of the Ministry of Rural Development in the auditorium at the Chief Secretariat.

He said that April 24 is Panchayati Raj Day. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Bihar. The construction of developed India is the resolve of the Prime Minister. The concept of developed India is possible only from developed Bihar. Both the central and state governments are working together for this. The Prime Minister has given many gifts to Bihar earlier too.

There will be many inaugurations and foundations

He said that in the program of April 24, he will give many gifts. There will be inauguration, opening and foundation stone of many schemes. On this occasion, there will be a conference of elected representatives of Panchayati Raj. Representatives of the entire country will join it. He said that the benefit of many schemes of Rural Development Department will also be given to the people of Bihar. PM will transfer the amount through one click to the beneficiaries whose houses are approved. The house entrance program will also be organized for the beneficiaries whose houses have been prepared.
