According to data from trade website Sacnilk, ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ made an India net collection of Rs 9.25 crore on Tuesday, the fifth day of its release. This is about 8.8 percent more than Monday’s earning of Rs 8.50 crore. This stable earning of the film even on weekdays points towards its strong word of mouth.

The film has collected a net collection of Rs 81.50 crore in India in the first five days. Its India gross collection has reached Rs 97.17 crore. The total occupancy of the film was recorded at 29 percent on the fifth day, which is considered satisfactory from a weekday point of view. Along with the domestic market, the film is also earning well at the foreign box office. On the fifth day, the film made a gross collection of Rs 3 crore in the overseas market. With this, the total foreign gross earning of the film has reached Rs 22.95 crore. Overall, this film has registered a worldwide gross collection of Rs 120.12 crore in 5 days.

‘Welcome to the Jungle’ has overtaken the lifetime collection of the franchise’s first film ‘Welcome’ in just 5 days. ‘Welcome’, released in 2007, had a lifetime collection of Rs 119.50 crore at the worldwide box office. Whereas its net earning in India was Rs 70.13 crore.
