The murder over a property dispute in Dehradun, Uttarakhand has shocked everyone. In the incident, the betel nut killer killed the same property dealer who had given him the contract to kill him. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body, sent it for post-mortem and started investigating the matter. Besides, the police have also sent 4 accused into custody in the case.
Police found the body of 42-year-old property dealer Manjesh in a rented house in Dehradun on Sunday 1 December. Investigation revealed that Arjun and Sachin, the tenants living in the house, had committed this murder. According to the information, this case was related to a property and commission dispute worth Rs 90 crore between property dealer Manjesh and his partner retired army man Sanjay.
Had given betel nut to the tenant living in his house
Police said that Manjesh had given contract to Sachin and Arjun, the tenants living in his house, to murder his partner Sanjay. Both Sanjay and Manjesh were doing property dealing for a long time. Recently both of them had a land deal, from which Sanjay was trying to earn a good profit. However, Manjesh wanted an equal share in it. In such a situation, there was a dispute between the two regarding this.

4 people have been arrested
Due to disputes and taking more profits, Manjesh decided to remove Sanjay from the way and for this he gave contract to Arjun who was living on rent in his house. However, Arjun, lured by the greed for more money, informed Sanjay that Manjesh had given him a contract to kill him. In such a situation, Sanjay made a deal with the betel nut killers and instead gave them a betel nut to kill Manjesh. After this Arjun also included his partner Sachin in it. Together, they brutally killed Manjesh by strangulating him with a shoe lace. The four accused arrested by the police include betel nut killers Arjun and Sachin, retired soldiers Sanjay and Afzal. Afzal had helped the accused to escape after the murder.
