AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan’s troubles are not decreasing. There are already many criminal cases going on against him. Now he is also trapped in the assault case of his son Anas. Noida Session Court has given attachment orders against Amanatullah Khan in the case of assaulting a petrol pump employee.
The court has given attachment orders under Section 81/82 of CRPC. An FIR has been registered against Amanatullah Khan and son Anas in Noida. Anas is accused of assaulting a petrol pump employee in Noida while Amanatullah has been accused of threatening to kill him.
Police could not catch son Anas
Ever since the FIR of assault and threat was registered, the police is looking for Anas and Amanatullah Khan. MLA Amanatullah Khan and Anas have been absconding for a long time. Due to which the Noida Session Court has now ordered attachment. The police can now attach the MLA’s property at any time.
What is the whole matter?
Actually, a few weeks ago, Anas had beaten up a petrol pump worker in Sector 95, Noida. Anas has been accused of breaking the line and demanding that the worker fill his car with petrol first, and when the pump worker refused, he started beating him. In this entire case, a case has been registered against son Anas as well as his partner. Since the FIR, Khan is absconding along with his son.
Amanatullah Khan is an MLA from Okhla seat of Aam Aadmi Party. He became MLA for the second time in 2020. Apart from this, about 8 cases are registered against Amanatullah Khan like scam in Waqf Board land, rigging in board appointments, threatening.
