In fact, Neeta, who hails from Haldore, came to the house of Mama Chandrapal Singh, a resident of Mohalla Durga Vihar in Nahtaur and gave them a petrol pump. After this, he cheated more than 43 lakh rupees from his maternal uncle Chandrapal.
The accused also sent petrol tank and fuel majoring machine to assure Chandrapal. Along with this, some documents were also provided, but even after two-and-a-half years, the petrol pump was not approved. After this, when the victim started asking for his money back from them, the accused kept avoiding them. Then on the order of the court, the police filed a case against six people including niece.
Niece implicates maternal uncle
Chandrapal Singh, a resident of Mohalla Durga Vihar in Nhataur, said in an application in the court that Neeta is his real niece, who lives with her husband in Hardaspur Garhi village of Haldore. On 10 January 2021, she came to her house with her husband Pradeep, Jeth Kuldeep, father -in -law Khem Singh, acquaintance Mohit Gupta and his wife Subhadra Nand resident Nandanagar, Thana Kundra Ghat, District Gorakhpur.
43.5 lakh rupees for cheating

He cheered Chandrapal to install petrol pumps on the land on the side of the highway on Nahtaur Kotwali Road and took an advance of five lakh rupees. In order to assure the accused, the accused also sent a petrol tank and fuel machine pressing under a ground on 31 March 2022.

Even after two years, the accused did not give him any file for approval for the license of petrol pump. On this, when he asked for his money back, the accused did not return his money. On the order of the court, the Nahtaur police station has started action by registering a case of fraud and forgery against the fraudster niece and all the accused involved in the fraud. The arrest is being raised by forming two teams for the arrest of the accused.
