The internal fight of Maharashtra Congress has now come to the surface, two big leaders face to face

After the assembly elections in Maharashtra are over, the internal discord within the party has now come to the fore. Show cause notice has also been issued to former NSUI President Suraj Singh Thakur and Youth Congress leader Chandresh Dubey on the complaint of Naseem Khan, who was the Congress candidate and working president of Mumbai’s Chandivali assembly constituency, after he lost the election. The surprising thing is that this notice was issued on October 24, a month before the elections, but these leaders have now received information about this notice and that too through newspapers. Suraj himself has made this claim.

Responding to the allegations against him, Suraj has written that he is not a worker of the candidate ‘Naseem Khan Private Limited’, but a worker of the Congress Party and Rahul Gandhi. He alleged in the letter that Naseem Khan himself had opposed Varsha Gaikwad and before that Priya Dutt in the Lok Sabha elections.

Suraj Singh Thakur made serious allegations

At the same time, Suraj Singh Thakur alleged that Naseem Khan, while being an MLA for 20 years (1999-2019), did not elect a corporator from Congress. Not only this, Suraj alleges that he was an aspiring candidate on Congress ticket and hence Naseem Khan, as part of a conspiracy, accused him of doing anti-party work.

After this, as part of a conspiracy, a notice was sent to him and he expressed suspicion that perhaps even senior leaders would not be informed about it. However Naseem Khan lost the election. After this Suraj has written a letter to Nana and replied. Suraj Thakur is an AICC member and president of NSUI Maharashtra.

Wrote letter to Nata Patole too

It is being told that Suraj Thakur has also written a letter to Maharashtra Congress chief Nana Patole regarding such differences among the party leaders. In this letter, he has claimed that he was deliberately accused of doing anti-party work so that he could not participate in the ticket race.
