This case which puts humanity to shame is from Indira Nagar of Brahmpuri in Meerut. According to the information, the health of the elderly woman Chandraprabha is bad and she is unable to even walk. His younger son Sanjeev had left the house taking him in an ambulance on the pretext of getting treatment. But instead of the hospital, he diverted the ambulance towards the registry office. There he started getting the house registered in his mother’s name.
There was a ruckus in the registry office
Meanwhile, Chandraprabha’s elder son Rajiv got the news and he also reached there with his wife. He protested against the registry and created a ruckus in the registry office. During this, there was a fierce debate between both the parties. Rajeev alleged that this registry was being done under pressure from his mother. At the same time, Sanjeev said that his mother was transferring her property to his name on her own will. In view of the situation, the Sub-Registrar has written a letter to the Tehsildar to stop the registry and investigate the matter.

According to Sub-Registrar Ashutosh Tripathi, the woman Chandraprabha has given a statement in this regard, but she was looking quite uncomfortable. His other daughter-in-law alleged that her mother-in-law was brought here by threat. According to the information, Chandraprabha’s husband had passed away long ago. In such a situation, the husband’s property worth crores is in her name. Now his two sons are fighting among themselves to grab this property. According to the sub-registrar, now instead of resolving family disputes, property registration will be done.
