According to information received from the police, the groom’s sister-in-law has accused him not only of cheating but also of infidelity in a five-year-old relationship. Police said that the groom’s sister-in-law has filed a complaint against him making serious allegations, due to which the young man has been arrested.
Had physical relations for five years
Police said that the accused has been identified as Shivkant Rawat and he works in the health department. In her complaint to the police, the victim told that the accused is her sister’s brother-in-law and he made a false promise of marriage with her for five years. Also build a relationship with him. The young man later refused to marry and got married at another place. Yamamala belongs to Tighra village of Kotwali police station area. Police said that the relationship of the accused was fixed in Laur village of Mauganj district.
Police took immediate action on the complaint
Acting immediately on the complaint of the victim, the police arrested the accused when he reached his home with the bride after the marriage. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 376 and 376(2)N.
