Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are releasing on the same day. A tough competition is expected between the two films. A few days ago, a screen war was going on between the two films. The competition was about which film would grab more shows and screens. Currently, in this case, ‘Singham Again’ is being shown on multiplexes and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ on single screens. This conflict had just ended when another game came to the fore.
It is being said that T-Series slapped a copyright strike on the title track of ‘Singham Again’. Due to this, this song had to be removed from YouTube. However it has been uploaded again. In the re-uploaded song, the main tune of ‘Singham’ has been removed. A new music has been added in place of the theme music of ‘Singham’. It is important to know here that the producer of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ is T-Series.
Why did T-Series go on strike?
Actually, all the songs of ‘Singham’ and ‘Singham Returns’ were released by T-Series. That means the music rights of both these films will be with Bhushan Kumar’s company. Rohit Shetty might not have bought these rights, and might have used the music from ‘Singham’. That’s why T-Series put a copyright strike on the title track of ‘Singham Again’ uploaded from Saregama. Because of this Saregama had to remove the song. However, the theme music of ‘Singham’ has not been used anywhere in the trailer of ‘Singham Again’. Don’t know why these people used it in the title track!
Whose fault is it?
First of all, the team of ‘Singham Again’ should not have taken the music without permission. Even if it was raised, ‘T-Series’ should have shown some morality. People are saying that T-Series has started a dirty game. He shouldn’t have said that. People are also saying that the makers of ‘Singham Again’ should have taken permission first. It is also worth noting here whether T-Series has deliberately hit the strike to put a dent in the promotion of ‘Singham Again’ or whether it has gone under the auto copyright strike or a machine generated copyright strike on its own.
Till now ‘T-Series’ has not said anything on this, nor has anything been said from the team of ‘Singham Again’. But it is certain that the fault lies with the people of ‘Singham Again’, otherwise they would not have removed the song, changed the theme music and uploaded it again.
