In Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, orders have been issued to dismiss a contract worker of the electricity department, which waves the flag of Palestine during Eid prayers. The company in which the contract workers were employed, the officials of the electricity department have written a letter saying that the work done by the contract worker named Saqib should be dismissed from the job.
Contractual employee Saqib Khan was appointed in Kailashpur power house in Saharanpur. Saqib had waved the flag of Palestine on the day of Eid and posted a photo of the flag wave on Facebook. Regarding this, the Electricity Department has ordered it to dismiss it.

Superintendent Engineer of the Electricity Department Shishir Kumar Chahi said that Saqib was working on Chhutmalpur feeder in Kailashpur. When this matter came to cognizance and it was investigated, it was considered an anti -national activity. Taking immediate action, the department has written a letter to the company with contracts concerned to remove it from service.
Employee dismissal
It has been written in the letter that Saqib should be dismissed from his job and informed soon. After Eid, the matter was caught as soon as the post went viral on social media, on which the department took a tough stand and ordered dismissal with immediate effect. On the day of Eid, many people also raised slogans by waving the Palestine flag inside the city. In that case, the police have so far arrested 8 people and sent them to jail and still the police has been looking for other people on the basis of viral video.
In the post going viral, the young man is seen holding the flag of Palestine. Two children are also seen standing with him. Looking at the photo, it seems that this photo is probably clicked outside a Muslim religious place.
