‘Jana Nayagan’, which crossed Rs 100 crore nett in India and Rs 200 crore worldwide gross in the first weekend, saw a huge decline in its first Monday’s earnings.
‘Jana Nayakan’, which is said to be Thalapathy Vijay’s last film, performed brilliantly at the first weekend box office. This political action drama, released on July 23, earned more than Rs 200 crore worldwide in just four days. However, as soon as Monday came, the condition of the film became thin. A big decline was seen in the earnings of ‘Jana Nayakan’ on the fifth day. The movie directed by H. Vinod is currently behind the figure of Rs 150 crore in terms of net collection in India. Now everyone’s eyes are on the earnings of the remaining days of the first week. It will be interesting to see whether the film is able to recover its cost or not.
How much did ‘Jana Nayakan’ earn on the fifth day?
According to trade reports, Vijay starrer ‘Jana Nayakan’ collected around Rs 10.15 crore across the country on the fifth day i.e. the first Monday after its release. If compared with the earnings of the fourth day (Sunday), there has been a decline of 68.3 percent. This fall is believed to be due to it being a normal day of the week, which is normal for any film. It is noteworthy that the film’s earning on Sunday was Rs 32 crore.

Overall, the film has earned a gross of Rs 233.24 crore at the worldwide box office in 5 days.
