Ajmer Sharif Dargah
Ajmer Sharif Dargah i.e. the tomb of Moinuddin Chishti, located in Ajmer city of Rajasthan state, is a symbol of faith not only for Muslims but for people of every religion in India. Ajmer Sharif Dargah, one of the major dargahs of Rajasthan, has its own unique recognition, because Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, who came from Persia, took samadhi here. Due to the secular and social teachings given by Sufi saint Moinuddin Chishti, this Dargah is highly recognized among people of all religions, castes and faiths. This Dargah was built by the Mughals after the death of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in 1236. The world’s largest vessel is also present in this Dargah, which is called Badi Degh. It is said about Ajmer Sharif Dargah that whoever asks for anything here with a true heart, his prayer is definitely accepted. The Dargah of Moinuddin Chishti is one of the most important Muslim pilgrimage sites in the world for those who believe in Islam, where millions of Muslim devotees and tourists from all over the world and the country come for worship.

One of the most famous mosques of Rajasthan, Dhai Din Ka Jhopra is a famous Muslim pilgrimage and historical site, which was built in 1192 AD by Qutbuddin Aibak at the behest of Afghan commander Mohammad Ghori. The structure was completed in 1199 AD and beautified by the Delhi Emperor Iltutmish in 1213 AD. Dhai Din Ka Jhonpra is a famous monument which is one of the oldest mosques of Rajasthan. It is believed that this Indo-Islamic architectural site was constructed in two and a half days and hence the name Dhai Din Ka Jhopra. There are a total of 70 pillars in this mosque, whose height is about 25 feet. Each of its pillars has beautiful carvings in Indo-Islamic architecture. Many buildings around here are in ruins but the area of the mosque is still preserved.
Jama Masjid of Tonk
One of the largest mosques of India is the Jama Masjid of Tonk, where an unmatched grand example of Mughal architecture can be seen. The construction of Jama Masjid was started in 1817 by Amir Khan, the first Nawab of Tonk and the construction work of this mosque was completed between 1834 to 1864 during the reign of his son Nawab Wazir-ud-Daula. The interior and walls of the mosque are decorated with gold paintings and enamel, which further enhances the interior beauty of this mosque, and on the outside, there are four huge minarets that are visible even from a distance, which you can see in the city. Ak Bari Masjid Ajmer: Ak Bari Masjid is a famous mosque of Rajasthan located on Ander Kote Road between Shahjahani Gate and Buland Darwaza in Ajmer. Emperor Akbar had built this mosque in the year 1455 to celebrate the fulfillment of his vow. Ak Bari Mosque built in red sandstone is decorated with white and green colored stones which add to its beauty. There are tall entrance gates all around this mosque, which increase its beauty many fold. Ak Bari Masjid, one of the major mosques of Rajasthan, is not only a Muslim pilgrimage site but also a Quranic educational institution in which Islamic education is provided to Muslim children.
Tarkeen Dargah Nagaur
Tarkin Dargah is one of the most famous dargahs of Rajasthan located inside Nagaur Fort. After Ajmer-e-Sharif Dargah, this mosque is one of the most important religious places in the country for the Muslim community. Tarkeen Dargah was built in the memory of Khwaja Hamiduddin Nagauri who was the most favorite disciple of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. This Dargah is one of the finest structures of Rajput and Mughal architecture in the world. This famous Dargah was built in the year 1322 in the memory of Hazrat Sufi Hamiduddin Nagauri. Sufi saint Khwaja Hameeduddin Nagauri was born in Nagaur and dedicated most of his life to the upliftment of the poor and Dalits in Nagaur. The beautification work of this mosque made of Jaisalmeri yellow stone was done 650 years ago by Muhammad bin Tughlaq.
