A shocking news has come out from Pune district of Maharashtra. Here a young woman gave betel nut to kill her fiancée to escape from marriage. The woman gave betel nut for Rs 1.50 lakh to remove her future husband from the road. However, the woman also got engaged and pre-wedding photoshoots. Now this matter has become a matter of discussion among the people of the area. The police have arrested 5 accused in this case and are doing further investigation.
Accused Mayuri Sunil Dangde is a resident of Ahilyanagar and victim Sagar Jaising Kadam Mahi Jalgaon. Both of them were going to get married, after the engagement and pre-wedding photoshoot, accused Mayuri refused to marry Sagar. To avoid this marriage, he gave a contract to kill his future fiancé. The police have arrested five suspects so far, while the accused bride is still absconding.
According to the police, Mahi used to work as a cook in a hotel in Jalgaon. The victim Sagar was attacked near Daund taluka on 27 February. He was brutally beaten near the hotel here. The victim was admitted to the hospital with deep injuries on the head and back.
1.50 lakh betel nut for fiancée killing
The family alleges that Mayuri and his colleague Sandeep Gavade gave a betel nut of Rs 1.50 lakh for the murder of Sagar. The police have arrested five accused including Aditya Shankar Dangde, Sandeep Dada Gavade, Shivaji Ramdas Jare, Suraj Digambar Jadhav and Indrabhanu Sakharam Kolpe.
The accused confessed to the crime
During the police tailor, the accused confessed to committing crimes with their associates. The police have seized the white or else the car used in the crime. Allegations have been registered against the accused under sections 109, 61 (2), and 126 (2) of the IPC. The police is looking for the absconding accused bride.
