A house, which was considered the biggest shield of security, became the door to hell for an innocent 14 year old girl. The things that have come to light in the initial police investigation can give goosebumps to anyone. A Kalyugi father hiding inside the house made his own minor daughter a victim of his lust. This was not a one-time incident, but this dreadful game of brutality continued behind closed doors for three consecutive days – 9th, 10th and 11th May – due to which the childhood of the innocent child was scarred forever.
That death threat: which locked the innocent child’s tongue for 19 days
The most gruesome turn of suspense and cruelty in this entire case came when the accused father acted like a vicious criminal to hide his misdeeds. Every time after committing the crime, he would forcibly feed contraceptive pills to his minor daughter so that her sin could never come out. Not only this, he had put the fear of death on the neck of the innocent child. He had threatened that if anyone inside or outside the house got wind of this, he would kill him. Due to this fear of death and the shadow of bullets, the innocent girl got so scared that she lived by suffocation for 19 days and kept losing sight of her own mother.
That scream of 30th May: When the horrifying truth was revealed to her mother and Mamta shuddered
Days passed, but the fear on the girl’s face and her changing mental state could not be hidden from the mother’s eyes. Ultimately, on that dark evening of 30th May, the innocent child’s patience broke. Crying, she narrated her ordeal to her mother. When the mother heard that the protector had become the eater, the ground slipped beneath her feet. Burning with anger and justice, the mother went straight to the police station without wasting a moment. In her complaint, the helpless but courageous mother tearfully made only one demand: “The scoundrel who ruined the life of my flower-like daughter should be given death sentence only!”
Police’s maze and the accused’s failed attempt to escape
As soon as the complaint was received, Navsari police immediately came into action. Without wasting any time, the police registered a case against the accused under the ‘Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act’ (POCSO Act) and serious sections of the Indian Justice Code. Here, as soon as the police got wind of it, the accused father was planning to leave the city and run away. He was constantly changing his locations to escape the clutches of the law, which made the case more suspicious. But the police created such a maze by blocking all sides that he was caught within just a few hours. The court has sent this Kalyugi father behind bars to jail, and now the entire area is waiting for this beast to get the harshest punishment.
