According to NDTV reports, Nida Khan’s family itself has confirmed her pregnancy. Let us tell you that Nida is still absconding and she has applied for anticipatory bail in the local court of Nashik, citing her medical condition as an important reason.
SIT investigation continues: Awaiting confirmation of medical condition
According to the report, officials are hopeful that his medical condition will be confirmed soon through official channels. Recently, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to investigate this case, which is continuously trying to take Nida Khan into custody.
TCS Nashik office case: 9 complaints and many serious allegations
This entire matter is related to 9 complaints received in the Nashik office of TCS, which include serious allegations like sexual harassment and alleged forced religious conversion. So far, the police have arrested 7 employees, including six men and one woman (HR head). In this case, 8 female employees have filed a complaint, who allege that their senior colleagues harassed them mentally and sexually. Also, the HR department did not take any action on their complaints.

- According to the report, these incidents occurred between February 2022 and March 2026. Police investigation has revealed that an accused had physical relations with a colleague by making a false promise of marriage.
- The second accused touched the female employee inappropriately and made derogatory remarks about her personal and married life.
- In another case, a male employee was forced to offer namaz and was subjected to insulting remarks regarding his religion.
Allegations of not taking action on complaints within the company
The report also revealed that when a victim woman gave a verbal complaint to a senior official of the company, he did not take any concrete steps. This inaction indirectly encouraged the accused, thereby making the situation more serious.
Arrested accused and company’s action
The arrested employees, who were later suspended, have been identified as Danish Shaikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Shafi Shaikh, Asif Aftab Ansari and HR head Ashwini Chainani. The company took immediate action and suspended all of them until the investigation is completed.
TCS response: Emphasis on zero tolerance policy
Tata Consultancy Services has distanced itself from this matter and clearly said that it adopts ‘zero tolerance’ policy against any kind of harassment or coercion. According to the company, as soon as the matter came to light, immediate action was taken and all the accused were suspended. Also, the company is giving full cooperation to the investigating agencies.
Tata Group’s response: Said the matter is serious
Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran described the matter as “extremely worrying and sad”. He said that the entire matter is being thoroughly investigated. A detailed investigation process is underway under the supervision of TCS Chief Operating Officer Aarti Subramanian. Its objective is to clarify the facts and identify the culprits. The matter is being taken with utmost seriousness and action has already been initiated against the accused.
