Use less oil- First of all he asked to pay attention to the use of oil. He says that if cheela is made in too much oil, it becomes no longer healthy. Therefore, it should be made with less oil or without deep frying.
Use of Greek Yogurt- To make gram flour cheela healthy, include Greek yogurt. Adding about 100 to 200 grams of Greek yogurt increases the protein content and makes it a more balanced meal.
