In the Good Governance Tihar Solution Camp organized at Chichirda in Balodabazar district, 1145 applications were received, out of which 450 were resolved immediately. Ration cards, Ayushman cards, housing scheme benefits and sports kits were also distributed in the camp.

Under the Good Governance Tihar campaign of the state government in Baloda Bazar district, a huge solution camp was organized in Gram Panchayat Chichirda of Baloda Bazar development block on Wednesday. A large number of villagers from nearby 17 gram panchayats including Chichirda reached this camp organized under the government’s “Knock on the Door” initiative of the government. A total of 1145 applications were received during the camp, out of which 450 applications were resolved on the spot and immediate relief was given to the beneficiaries.
Beneficiaries received assistance under public welfare schemes
In the camp, District President Sulochana Yadav and other public representatives distributed assistance materials, checks and citations under various schemes to the eligible beneficiaries.
Benefits of ration card, Ayushman card and housing scheme
New ration cards and Ayushman cards were distributed in the camp. Along with this, MNREGA job cards were also handed over to the eligible people. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the keys of new houses were also given to the beneficiaries.
Agriculture, Fisheries and Horticulture Department distributed materials
Various benefits were also provided to the villagers by agriculture and allied departments. The Fisheries Department distributed drag nets and ice boxes for fish farming. The Horticulture Department provided fruit plants to the villagers.
Children and players received sports kits
Sports kits were distributed to local children and players by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department, so that sports activities could be promoted among the youth.
Information about government schemes given to villagers through departmental stalls
Stalls and exhibitions were set up by various departments at the camp site. Here the villagers were given detailed information about government schemes. Officials also informed people about departmental activities and upcoming schemes through the platform, so that more and more villagers can take advantage of these schemes.
Samadhan camps also organized in Simga and urban bodies
The Good Governance Tihar campaign was not limited to Chichirda only. A solution camp was also successfully organized in village Jangra of Simga development block. Apart from this, by organizing special camps in seven urban bodies of the district, the problems of the general public were heard and efforts were made to solve them. With this initiative, the problems of the villagers are being solved on the spot and people’s confidence in the government and administration has also been strengthened.
