In Kamaruddin Nagar in Mundka division of West Delhi, the power loss had reached 56.4 percent, which is really a matter of concern. Due to this large-scale electricity theft, there was a loss of about Rs 24.4 crore every year. The thieves here were mainly illegal commercial and industrial units, who were drawing electricity from overhead wires.
