Lactic acid, calcium, protein and good bacteria are found in curd which are beneficial for our skin, hair and body. It is effective in cooling the skin and reducing tanning. Apart from this, apple cider vinegar is also best in beauty care. You can make hair rinse of apple cider vinegar. Apple vinegar also reduces blemishes and spots.
